Facial photographs voluntarily submitted by users may be processed to generate personalized analysis results. Facial photographs may be processed by OpenAI for analysis purposes and stored securely in Supabase to provide scan history and progress tracking. Facial data is retained until the user deletes their account. Facial data is not sold to third parties
1. Purpose
Vytal AI is a personal wellness and tracking app. It is not a medical device.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Subscriptions (App Store)
- Payment via your Apple account.
- Automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage/Cancel: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Free trial: You will be charged at the end of the trial if not canceled.
- Refunds: Subject to Apple's policies.
4. Content and Use
Personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited: illegal use, reverse engineering, and abuse of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, design, and content are owned by Vytal AI.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." No guarantee of health results.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend it in case of abuse.
8. Governing Law
French law. The courts of France shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
